TimeFrame products include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date your original order is delivered.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal residential use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, or natural variations in the African walnut housing.

To file a warranty clam, contact us with your order numer and a description of the issue. We may also request photos, video, or additional product information.

Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

Returned products must be new and unused and onclude the original packaging and included materials. All returns must be authorized by TimeFrame before they are shipped.

Please allow at leat 14 days after your return is received for inspection and processing. Once issued, refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear, depending on your card provider.
